Is this free? Yes! This is a free program. There is no cost to you.

What does the food box include? Each food box will have a healthy recipe and the ingredients to make it. You will also receive a $25 gift card with the first box and another $25 gift card after we receive the final questionnaire. We also include some fun items for your child to enjoy!

What are the requirements to participate? After enrolling, we will call you to schedule delivering each box. The boxes may have refrigerated items so an adult will need to be home to accept each box. You will receive another questionnaire with the third box. Once you send back the final questionnaire, we will send you the final $25 gift card. 

How long does it last? You will receive one box a month for three (3) months. You will receive a total of three (3) boxes.

How do I enroll? Currently, this program is invitation-only. You should have received a questionnaire with your invitation. Complete the questionnaire and mail it back to us. When we receive it, we will contact you to set up your first delivery. If you did not receive the questionnaire, give us a call at (256) 425-3779 to complete it over the phone. You can also complete the Contact Us form below and someone will reach out to you.

Why are you doing this? We have seen a need in the community to improve nutrition and health. We want families in the community to receive quality information on nutrition and learn how to prepare healthy meals. We are always looking for ways to better serve our recipients!
